Justin Farmer, AIADirector of Business Development, Dayton Development Coalition (DDC)

Justin Farmer is the Director of Business Development with the Dayton Development Coalition (DDC) whose role is to focus on the growth of jobs and businesses in key industry sectors, specifically aerospace, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, and automotive. Justin serves an active role in driving and executing DDC’s international business development efforts through strategic initiatives to build the international project pipeline.  Justin is a registered Architect in the State of Ohio with extensive project management experience.  Since 2016, he has closed more than 40 projects, which have totalled more than 4,000 new job commitments and over $1.25 billion in capital investment commitments.

The mission of the Dayton Development Coalition is to recruit, expand and retain jobs in the Dayton Region. We open doors for businesses interested in locating to or expanding within our region. We connect entrepreneurs who have a bold vision for growth to the resources they need to grow. We collaborate with local, state and federal elected leaders to advance the economic priorities of our region.

The DDC is a non-profit economic development organization. We are a regional network partner for JobsOhio, we support the nation’s largest Air Force Base in Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. We serve the 1.8M people that call the Dayton Region home.
