Food and Gastronomy Committee

Our mission is to bring together professionals in the food, wine & spirits, and agricultural industries who have a shared passion for French cuisine. We strive to foster relationships, promote the trade of goods and services, further investment and business expansion, coordinate the efforts of international agencies, and improve understanding between France and Ohio around the food, restaurant, and wine & spirits industries.

The Food Committee is built of people with expertise in these industries with a goal of meeting on regular basis to review and discuss business, networking, and collaborative opportunities. Activities include webinars, seminars, trade missions, and events to bring interested parties together and to promote local business.

  • Food Guide: List of gastronomic restaurants, chefs, and suppliers with French heritage.
  • Beaujolais Nouveau: French celebration for business networking events
  • Cleveland/Rouen - 10th anniversary French Festival
