Welcome!                Bienvenue! Last update: 5/16/2008 The Northern Ohio FACC is one of the 19 Chapters of the French American Chamber of Commerce (headquarted in New York). There are also 4 Associate chapters. The French-American Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1895, making it the oldest bilateral chamber of commerce in the USA. The FACC label is granted by the UCCIFE in Paris, France (UCCIFE stands for Union des Chambres de Commerce et d'Industrie Françaises à l'Etranger). Click the link to learn more about UCCIFE. Mayor Jackson receives the Rouen City flag from the delegation Cleveland - Rouen Sister City Agreement signed on January 22nd! A delegation from Rouen led by Jean-Michel Guyard Deputy Mayor gave Mayor Jackson the Rouen City flag after the Mayor signed the Sister City agreement. This is the start of a formal partnership between the two cities which will encompass culture, education, tourism with a very high focus on the business relationship. The French American Chamber of Commerce has been acting as a facilitator in this important process. More events will take place within the next few months to fully launch this great relationship.
